Chef Paul is our new, resident Pit-Master. He joined Kate’s Table in early 2016 and brings his exceptional grilling, smoking, marinating and roasting all-things-meat talents to the table. He has a custom-built mobile smoker and we’re beyond excited to offer this new service to all of our clients. Many of his own, finely crafted recipes have become staples at Kate’s Table over the last year. Paul has also become our resident Raw Bar Shucker, which says a lot considering both Chef Kate + Chef Tina opened Barbara Lynch’s B&G Oysters in Boston’s South End and can shuck even the most stubborn of bivalves in record time.
