Tuesday 6/2

Red Gem Salad: red gem lettuce, spring asparagus, farm egg, watermelon radish
+ our own lemon vinaigrette

Grilled Flank Steak: grilled, marinated flank steak served with a bright cilantro chimichurri sauce (on the side). Accompanied by our Lemon Fusilli Pasta with cherry tomatoes, baby arugula, shaved parmesan and a lemon zest cream.

Honey Grapefruit Paloma: casamigos tequila blanco, pamplemousse liqueur,
fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice, fresh lime, farm honey

Spanish Salad: romaine, green + purple cabbage, hearts of palm, tomato,
red onion, avocado, shaved manchego + our own aged sherry vinaigrette.

Chicken Marbella: organic bell + evans chicken breast, Spanish olives,
sweet prunes, capers, red wine vinegar, white wine + herbs.
Served over cous cous with haricots vert.

Tinto de Verano: translates as “Summer Wine”. Rioja + fresh squeezed lemonade served on the rocks, fresh citrus fruits

+ our own yogurt dressing

Miso-tahini rice noodles, crispy pan-seared tofu, English cucumber, asparagus, cashews, thai basil, fresh mint + cilantro.

Thai-Chee: grey goose la poire, thai bird chili, lychee fruit + syrup,
cilantro, kaffir lime leaves

Baby Kale, Roasted spring onion, English peas, sugar snap peas,
made-in-house fresh ricotta + our own lemon-thyme vinaigrette

Halibut: Butter-roasted halibut, spring ramps, castelvetrano olives,
chives, lemon, aleppo peppers. Accompanied by roasted new potatoes + grilled asparagus.
