Kelly’s path to Event Planning, Production & Catering involved careers in many cities covering many time zones. Her highly attuned aesthetic was curated from years in Advertising & Design that also included a stint with Martha Stewart Weddings. Many a summer season on Nantucket Island at the leading Event Planning firm ACKtivities, allowed her to expand her event planning & production repertoire by working with the Nantucket Film Festival, Nantucket Wine & Food Festival, several large-scale galas including the Children’s Charity Gala at the Nantucket Golf Club, The Boston Pops on Jetties Beach along with a smattering of million dollar weddings. Prior to forming Kate’s Table, Kelly was the Director of Catering & Events at Granite Links Golf Club, managing a growing events & catering team and over 3 million dollars in annual sales. Events included weddings, fundraising galas, golf tournaments and intimate celebrations, all overlooking the Boston skyline at one of America’s Top 100 Golf Courses.
Always one to think outside the box; creating & concepting events from design & décor to logistics & execution, means there is no “formula”; each gathering offers a chance to inspire your guests and allow the host to fully enjoy their own party.
